I am responsible for design, which is at the forefront of the process of a project. Communication with both in-house people and customers is very important to me. I go to the worksites and think of solutions paying close attention to customers’ desire for product longevity and effectiveness and cost value. Of course, there are cases where the answer to a customer’s requests is extremely difficult. Making full use of our knowledge from extensive experience, I strive to provide the best possible solution. The lively and homey atmosphere reflects our company’s spirit. I think it is because each one of us attaches much importance to communication, and we have built a work place that is energetic and will grow the company through the employees’ united effort.
